In addition to its grain pattern and beautiful shades, suar is a porous or "living" wood that expands or contracts based on environmental conditions, resulting in small imperfections that make each piece unique and inimitable. Simple indentations in the base help to create three points of support, lighten the weight and make it easier to grip when moving.
