1. WHO WE ARE
The website www.dareels.com is operated by and on behalf of DAREELS DESIGN, S.L. (hereinafter, “DAREELS DESIGN”), a commercial company of Spanish nationality with registered address at Calle Metal·lúrgia, Corner Carrer Trefí, 17200, Palafrugell, Girona, Spain, with Tax Identification Number B-55.264.063 and registered in the Girona Commercial Registry, in Volume 3.087, Page 197, Sheet GI-60.075.

These general terms of use (hereinafter, the “General Terms of Use”) govern the use of information society services made available by DAREELS DESIGN to internet users (hereinafter, the “User”) through the website www.dareels.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).
By accessing and using this Website, the User fully accepts these General Terms of Use and undertakes to comply with them in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy available on the Website. Therefore, the use of the Website is only authorised if these General Terms of Use are respected, along with any specific indications that DAREELS DESIGN may provide in individual cases.
Access to the Website is free of charge and does not require prior subscription.

Use of this Website is governed by the laws of Spain. The User understands and agrees that any conflict or dispute arising between them and DAREELS DESIGN will be resolved by the Spanish courts, to the extent that the User resides in Spain.

If any of the provisions contained in these General Terms of Use is declared null and void, such provision will be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, such a declaration of nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions contained herein.
