DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

W currently deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, although we do plan to extend to other areas as well in the near future. If you fill in the Contact Form, we will check if it’s possible to deliver your order somewhere else.

BASIC DELIVERY
  • - Doorstep delivery (the items will not be brought inside the house).
  • - 48h/72h delivery – When the product doesn’t weight more than 40 kg and the sum of the length, width and height is less than 300 cm (as long as the largest measurement is not more than 200 cm).
  • - 10/12 days delivery – When the products weights more than 40 kg, or the sum of the length, width and height is more than 300 cm (or if the largest measurement is more than 200 cm).

REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

If you have submitted your order and you would like to make a change, please fill in the Contact Form or just give us a quick call us soon as possible.
If the order has not left our warehouse yet, you can add or remove items, change the delivery address, etc.
If the order has already left our warehouse, you can only make small changes (such as phone number, contact person for the delivery, etc). In any case, all changes must be confirmed by our Customer Service representative.

If you wish to cancel your order, please fill in the Contact Form.

If the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can cancel it free of charge. Otherwise, we will let you know what the handling fee for the cancelation is (including transportation costs).

If you wish to return an item for any personal reasons, you have up to 14 calendar days since the delivery date to do so; we will refund you in full for the cost of the items (but not the cost of the transport). Returned items must be in perfect conditions and include the original packaging and tags. We or the transport company will contact you to establish a date for the collection. For more information, please fill in the Contact Form.
If an item was damaged during the shipping, or if it has a manufacturing defect, please fill in the Contact Form and send us a brief explanation of the issue along with some pictures or a video.
If you have realized that the transport company is trying to deliver an item you have not purchased, please do not accept the delivery and advise us as soon as possible so we can send you the correct item.

PAYMENT METHODS AND INVOICES

You can pay by credit/debit card or by Paypal.

If you have placed the order from your account, you can download the invoice from the My Account section. If you have placed the order as a guest, please fill in the Contact Form.
Yes, you should be able to see the charge immediately.

PRODUCTS

We have a physical store in Av. Diagonal 484-486 (Barcelona), and a showroom in Costa Brava (Palafrugell). There are various stores in Spain were you can see our products, but due to logistic reasons I am afraid we can’t confirm if they have any specific Dareels product.

Yes, our products have a warranty of 2 years since the delivery date.
You can only include in your order products which are currently in stock. You can check the scheduled approximate arrival date of any product on the product page.
We offer an extensive range of articles, so might see in our store some products which are not available in our webshop (and the other way round). If there is any specific item you are interested in, contact us and we will check it!
