SHIPPING
We only ship within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). For shipments outside Spain, we invite you to CONTACT US and we will evaluate your specific case.
The delivery time depends on the size and weight of the product. If you have more than one item in your shopping basket, the delivery time will be based on the size and weight of the largest item.
Shipping costs vary according to the total amount of your order.

MODIFICATION
If you have already placed your order and need to make any changes, please CONTACT US as soon as possible to provide you with a suitable solution.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please CONTACT US as soon as possible so that we can consider your request.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to cancel it at no additional charge. If the order has already been collected by the carrier, we will advise you of the charges that may apply in this particular case.
RETURN

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to do so and we will refund the full cost of the item (excluding delivery charges).
Returned items must be in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels.
Once the return has been requested, we or the carrier will contact you to arrange a collection date.
If the product has been damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please send us a brief explanation and some photos or a video via our CONTACT page within 14 days of the delivery date. We will try to provide you with a solution as soon as possible –repair the product, replace it with another one or refund your money–.
If you find that the product you have received does not match the one you purchased, please do not accept the delivery. Please inform us as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the delivery of the correct goods.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are happy to resolve any problems you may have with your order.
REFUND
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you used more than one payment method, all of them will be refunded proportionally. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your refund in your account after 14 days, we recommend that you take this confirmation to your bank to speed up the process.
In exceptional cases where it is not possible to refund to the original payment method, we will email you with detailed instructions on how to receive your refund by bank transfer.
